MAT The Basics Hand Woven Rug - Bricks

Hand Woven Shaggy in a mix of pure new wool, Polyester and Viscose. 65% wool, 20% cotton, 15% polyester. 1 inch pile height. Made in India.

Rugs have been woven along the banks of the Ganga River. The weaving is usally done by two people who sit together and meet in the middle. The warp is setup about 15 cm over the flor and stretches over 10 meters. Only approved dyes are used that do not contain azo and bensidine.
