Nancy Koltes Italian Fine Linens - Queen Anne Percale Bedding
Architectural and furniture ornamentation is another of Nancy Koltes's muses. This design was inspired by a carved decorative border on a buffet in the Queen Anne style (1720-1760) that was treasured by her grandmother and passed down to her. The stylized scallop shell, reinterpreted here, was a distinctive design element from this period.
