Hand Tufted in pure new wool with Linen and Viscose. 65% wool, 10% cotton, 25% viscose. 1/2 inch pile height. Made in India.

Hand tufted rugs require skill and time. Tufted rugs require the pattern to be made in full scale. The design is traced on the backing of the fabric. Hand tufting is done on a frame and is done from the back of the rug with a tufting tool, which works as a needle, making loops on the front or as a blade, producing a cut pile. The backing is finished with a backing cloth.
